Field Representatives

Our Field Representatives are experienced senior university administrators who have acquired a large body of knowledge about the bargaining process. They provide the first line of response to inquiries and requests and work with a select group of assigned institutions which allows them to become familiar with the content relevant agreements and the context within which they were negotiated. Collectively, they gather from and share with their assigned institutions pertinent information which becomes a valuable resource for all members of our community. As a team, they communicate continuously. This ensures that they are aware of current bargaining issues which in turn, helps each of them better serve their assigned institutions. In addition, they are also engaged in training activities and the preparation of strategic reports.
